Jon Amos Week. erm... 50/51

So. Almost a whole year since Melissa re-started FII. So what has happened/changed? Height... im still 6'4 but probly closer to 6'5 now. Weight... not sure.. about the same as my other measurements are still about the same. So other than that alot has changed. Jamie Ralph What to do when the incentive's gone?

No weekly weigh-in this week I'm afraid as the scales were broke at the gym. Planning to weigh myself next Wednesday instead (as they shut at 6pm Thurs so no spin). Jamie Ralph Weekly weigh-in 10/12/09

Same weight again, exact same weight as last week no slight variation in kilos or anythng. Only thing different is the height, I probably wasn't stood up straight! Considering my uber healthy diet of McDonalds (twice), Chinese, cheese (at least once poss twice) and a burger I've done pretty well to not put on weight! Jamie Ralph Weekly Weigh-in 02/12/09

Last night I weighed myself and again expected the worse after having a McDs on Friday and getting a little drunk (11 bottles of beer in all) with my brother on Saturday night. Was relieved to see that I still weighed the same that was until I got home and compared it with last week's reading. Jamie Ralph Weekly Weigh-in 26/11/09

I really really expected to have put on weight this week. I've eaten so much crap over the last week (McDonalds, pizza, microwave burgers, cheese, crisps) and as a result I worked my arse off in spin last night and tonight. I'd stepped on my home scales yesterday afternoon and the omens weren't good.
